We look forward to (virtually) seeing you in June.
The Kemmy Business School (KBS), Ireland’s only UN PRME-champion school at the University of Limerick, will host the 7th biennial International Symposium on Cross-Sector Social Interactions (CSSI 2020). The CSSI symposia is an important gathering of practitioners and academics who come to share best practice and to discuss future issues in the design and practice of cross-sector partnerships. It is a setting where policy makers, civil servants, CEOs, and academics can discuss the nature and role of partnering and multi- stakeholder initiatives to address key challenges in, for example, climate, energy, poverty urbanization, and sustainable development.
In “a world that yields slowly to change” (Michael D Higgins, President of Ireland), cross sector partnerships form an important site where actors from different sectors come into each other's world. Where differences and institutional logics can be confronted and overcome towards the the co-design novel solutions to complex social and environmental problems.
During the conference you will have the opportunity to imagine, interact, and share knowledge on cross sector organising, all in the splendid University of Limerick campus and the historical riverside City of Limerick.
